France’s premiere fashion trade organization based in Paris, Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode brings together fashion brands that foster creation and international development and oversees the Paris fashion calendar. They seek to promote French fashion culture, where Haute Couture and creation have a major impact by combining traditional know-how and contemporary technology at all times.
They collaborate with the Global Fashion Agenda to promote sustainability at all levels of the fashion industry and increase awareness among executives, designers, and researchers. As an integral part of a forward-looking ecosystem, the Federation leads commissions in the form of think tanks aimed at raising active awareness of emerging issues in the legal, social, sustainable development, and innovation fields.
The Federation as an official institution oversees awareness initiatives, deals with social partners, and oversees the training of young generations, to ensure excellence in skills. Through its presence in diverse governance authorities and its missions, they collaborate in a constant and close manner with the entire French and international ecosystem.
