Living Crafts is a German based organic textiles manufacturer. It produces high quality natural textile fibres under environmentally sustainable and fair working conditions. It does not use harmful pesticides and chemicals during the raw material production for its processes.
The company uses wind power as the energy source for one of its production partner plants in South India. The four company-owned wind turbines provide the production with 100% of the energy needed and help the company’s organic textiles to achieve a climate-neutral manufacture.
Other sustainable initiatives followed by the company include transport of the produced products from partners to Germany via sea rather than airlines, thus significantly minimizing the amount of carbon footprint.
