This article explores the various innovative strategies and technologies followed by Nike to implement a low-carbon, closed loop ecosystem. The company has planned to double its business while halving its environmental impact in the next few years and thus has set three strategies to achieve them.

Some of the innovative technologies implemented to achieve this target include flyknit technology, which produces 60% less waste, use of recycled plastics for high performance footwear and its zero water colour dry technology.

The company also has other plans such as zero waste design, use of renewable energy in its facilities and using sustainable materials.
