This study analyses the factors affecting the performance of air conditioning plants in the spinning sub-sector of the textile industry.
Energy audits were conducted to collect data on energy consumption of air conditioning a spinning mills. The data was analyzed and it was concluded that along with the technological interventions we need to introduce green infrastructure in AC plants of spinning mills.
